Shipping Policy

We dispatch ready-stock orders within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order candles carry a lead time shown on the product page.

Complimentary shipping applies to orders above ₹999. Elsewhere, shipping is calculated at checkout by delivery location. Every candle travels in recyclable, padded packaging, and in the hottest months we add a cool pack so the wax arrives exactly as it left the studio. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
